Shipping and Returns Policy
We take great care in packaging each of our products
However, things can happen during shipping.
Should one of our products arrive with visible damage to the outside of the box, document the damage with photos before opening.
After, carefully open and inspect all contents immediately. Document any damage of the product with photos
Product damage during shipping must be dealt with right away in order for shippers to accept a claim.
Bandwidth Audio reserves the right to refuse to accept a damage claim if it is not reported within 5 days of delivery.
Bandwidth Audio does not accept returns or exchanges on products delivered in good condition. Any defective product is covered by our product warranty.
We stand by our products and will work to make things right should an issue arise.
